Wedding Packages

The Hilton Tucson East offers three popular wedding packages. We feel that these packages encompass everything that a couple looks for in their reception for their wedding day.

All the packages include myself to help them through the process and the day of their wedding, a custom reception with their choice of set-up and linen colors, a complimentary bartender with a cash bar, one of our elegant reception rooms, our champagne toast for all of your guests, a plated meal option, a dance floor, china and silverware, cake cutting and coffee service, set-up and clean up of your event, deluxe accommodations for the newlyweds on our key access only floor with an in-room amenity and breakfast the next morning, and special guest room rates for your guests. 
Our upgraded packages include a pre-arrival reception, a wedding cake, floral centerpieces, chargers, and chair covers and bows.
 





 We also give you the luxury of customizing your own personal wedding reception package to fit your specific needs, because we understand that every wedding is unique.

Hilton Ceremonies

Whether you are looking for an indoor or an outdoor ceremony, Hilton Tucson East is the perfect place to start your marriage.
Our most popular cermony site is outdoors located poolside and surrounded by palm trees and a mountain view. There is no need to add any decor, However, many people find adding floating candles to the pool brings that extra touch to your ceremony.

Our indoor ceremonies are located inside our Grand Ballroom.
Our sparkling chandeliers bring a romantic look an feel to your vows.
All ceremony packages include the location of your choice, a bridal changing room in our presidential suite that overlooks the pool area, four Grecian columns, seating in our banquet chairs for up to 100 people, and a DJ to provide equipment and music to your special day.

Pre-Arrival Reception

Have you ever been to a wedding where you had to wait a long time for the bride and groom to arrive at the reception while they were taking pictures? Did you wish you had something to eat during your wait? That is why a Pre-Arrival Reception was invented.

A Pre-Arrival Reception is about a 45 minute cocktail reception for your guests.  It is a reception we hold in our gallery between our wedding ceremonies and reception for your guests. They can enjoy champagne in our silver champagne fountain and two appetizers while mingling with the other guests at your wedding. The Pre-Arrival Reception is the perfect beginning to your fairytale wedding.

Wedding Reception Rooms

At the Hilton Tucson East, we have many options of where to have your wedding reception. Our most popular room is our Grand Ballroom. Our Grand Ballroom with 16' ceilings and elegant chandeliers is perfect for your fairytale wedding.  The Grand Ballroom can size to fit your reception from 50 people up to 280 people through using air walls to separate the room to fit your reception size.
Intimate weddings prefer our Private Dining Room, featuring a wall of windows showcasing the Catalina Mountain Vistas.  The Private Dinning Room accommodates up to 80 people.
For our smaller weddings of 40 people or less, we have our beautiful Gala Room that separates in two locations.










Our reception packages include: cake, floral centerpieces, chargers, chair covers and bows, custom linen, a pre-arrival reception and a complimentary night for your honeymoon, or create your own selections with a custom package.
